I see you have taken the Assistant Manager position here at my hotel.
Allow me to be the first to inform you of how it works here.
Every night I get the craving for the blood of my guests,
And then I drink their blooood!
Only three of them, mind you, then I am full.
Full of blood

When I attack my guests the neighbours tend to hear it and
Leave me bad reviews on Scream.
As if I care!
I am Immortal!
You should care though,
You should care very much, 
If we fall below one star you will be fired.
For this reason you should keep an eye on their mood
by holding down the taaaab keeeyyy [tab key]
What you absolutely must not do is try to save them by,
Clicking on two rooms and swapping the guests with the space bar
so that when I visit one of the rooms I do not find my victim.
To be clear you should NOT do that,
Unless you wish to keep me from my feast.

Now, onto your other duties.
After I... take my meals,
the room I used becomes...
Unsuitable for guests.
If you click on it and press your C button,
You can spend a third of your day cleaning them,
They then become habitable for guests.
...
Anyway, the first Guests are about to arrive, get to work!
